The DNFlippers.com forum began in 2008.
I've been domain name flipping for years and had the site Domain Flip Guide for awhile.
I have so many resources, tips, software, etc to share and I am trying to add it all as fast as possible...

However, please please post a message if you are seeking something so I can answer it and skip to getting that thing online faster.

Thank you

Thank you Natalie,
I am looking forward to getting started. This is all new to me, so laywomen terms are best.
What is the first thing I need to do being in Canada, I would like to create .ca as well as .com, please just guide me on step one.

Natalie,

Thanks for the information. I am sure I will have some questions along the way but cannot wait to get started. I have a very busy life and schedule but want to fit this in and learn as much as i can and just get started soon buying some names and selling them.

That's a good thing about domain flipping. You do NOT have to quit a job or invest a fortune to start. You can do this on the side.
I don't work outside of my home, but if I wanted to or needed to, I could... because I can make the time.

Hello Natalie,
Like you, I am a researcher. Becoming a domainer is something I have wanted to do for several years, but put it on the back burner until a couple of months ago. I plan to retire this fall, so I seriously began searching for a retirement supplimental income. I have visited many, many websites and domain forums to the point I felt overwhelmed and afraid to take the plunge. After seeing you on TV12 last week, I became excited, because if you can do it, so can I. You are a true motivation.

Thank you Linda. It honestly can be done.
Some people are cynical and say things like "all the good domain names are taken", or "I'll never get my hands on a name that sells for hundreds of thousands"...
well you don't have too. Yes it would be out of this world to own and sell a million dollar domain name, but while those "some people" sit back and complain, I am slowly building my way to a million (and paying my bills in the meantime).

I honestly see a time in the future when I have my husband doing this too (or something online instead of his out-of-the-house job) and we have a beautiful big RV... we can travel to wherever, set up our laptops and go to work.

Believe it or not, my husband just listed his first things on eBay, opened a PayPal account and is getting started. I think I inspired him too finally.
I'm not sure he fully understood what I do online... and honestly, I am still not quite sure what he does at work ..LOL
I have so much going on all the time, I think he was confused.

How exciting Natalie! Honestly, as a researcher, I have spent a lot of time reading the DNForum and recognize you can't believe everything you read there. Unfortunately,I think some of the domainers have confused me and discouraged me. That's why I find you so refreshing. Thanks, Natalie.

Update 2009
I just spent the last 4 months in 2009 selling JUST websites on eBay and it went VERY well, which is really why I updated FlippersVault.com and am continuing on..

Most of the time, I just sold them for like $5.95 or $9.95 but the sheer quantity of websites I had listed and re-listed over and over is what made the big difference.

No, $5.95 is not a great amount for a website... but when I sell many of them every day, it sure adds up.
